We take the lead on all interview scheduling, follow-up, and debriefing – so you can focus on having productive conversations with your potential hire. With interviews complete, we’ll help you select a finalist and set the terms of a competitive offer.
We’ll help you close the deal. We provide guidance on the offer package, present the verbal offer, and handle candidate negotiations to get the candidate to “yes”.
ALT conducts references and any background checks you require on request. When the terms and conditions are firm, we present your written offer for candidate signature.
